Royce A. Pierce

Royce Pierce was a former United States Marine and avid outdoorsman from Arkansas. Royce became a supporter of NWTNKHFAC and was planning on attending last year’s event but sickness did not allow the trip.

Royce, or “Norman” as his family called him, explained once that his cancer treatments were so brutal that he did not understand how children even made it at all. He was a tough, ole’ marine and the treatments made him very sick. This fact seemed to gravitate toward KHFAC and the things their organization tried to provide for children. He wanted desperately to help bring joy to many children who suffer from illness and disease.
